I took my first yoga teacher training in Koh Phangan Thailand in 2004 with my sister Andrea. I had been practicing and loving yoga for 8 years at that point, and I was inspired to delve deeper into it. This first training filled me with the inspiration, skills and knowledge to create a passion-filled career, a healthy lifestyle, an expansive worldview and encouraged an evolution in consciousness. My journey has taken me around the world to teach, learn, marvel at and explore the U.S., Thailand, the Maldives, Bhutan, Bali, the Caribbean and now Italy where I am based.
Through my yoga practice, I experience liberation from mental and physical blocks, I embody health and vitality, I release stress and I live more consciously. I also feel connected and compassionate, and I am able to stay open to give and receive joy and love.

My practice is a conscious experience in breathing, practicing asana, meditating and moving with intention. My passion and commitment is to share this, so that people can continue to reach new depths in their practice and in their lives, just as I continue to do.
I encourage my students to be present in their practice by tuning into the depth of their breath and to accept what is, while paying attention to growth as it occurs. I continue to challenge myself and my students to move beyond perceived limitations, and to challenge fear as it comes up, so that we instead can choose to explore our infinite potential and love. My teaching continues to evolve as I do. My classes are inspired by dynamic Vinyasa, Anusara, Iyengar, Forrest, Restorative yoga, pranayama and meditation practices. I use many tools in order to work through various blockages and encourage people to return to a natural and authentic place of happiness and well-being.
I love helping to facilitate peace, happiness and self-actualization. Witnessing this powerful transformation truly fills me with joy.
